At The Omnivault, we strive to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Policy – 5 Day Return Window

We offer a 5-day return window from the date of successful delivery.
The return period begins from the date marked “Delivered” on the courier tracking system.
Return requests made after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return request must be made within 5 days of successful delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Returns for change of mind will not be accepted.
Unboxing video is recommended to support damage claims.

Important Conditions

The Omnivault may not accept returns in the following cases:

Return request made after 5 days of delivery
Product damaged due to misuse
Minor colour or design variation
Refusal of Cash on Delivery order without valid reason
Items sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.

The Omnivault reserves the right to decline returns or refunds in cases of suspected misuse, excessive return history, or fraudulent claims.

How to Request a Return

For return requests, customers must follow the instructions mentioned on the delivered package.

Step 1: Check Parcel Instructions- On the parcel, you will find instructions similar to:

For return of product please call our customer care at [Number Mentioned on Package].”

To initiate a return:

Call the customer care number provided on the package.
Follow the instructions given by the support team.
Provide order details and required proof (if requested).

Returns must follow the approved procedure provided by The Omnivault and/or its authorized fulfilment partner (the return procedure provided by the customer care team mentioned on the parcel).

Refund Process

Once the return is approved and verified:

Prepaid orders → Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after returned product is received and inspected.
Cash on Delivery orders → Refund will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 business days after returned product is received and inspected.
Refund timelines may vary depending on banking processes.
