- All orders are processed after confirmation.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be verified via call or SMS before dispatch.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2-5 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery time is 5β7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, or unforeseen logistical delays.
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, The Omnivault is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India.
If your Pin code is not serviceable, our team may contact you regarding order cancellation and refund (if prepaid).
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment status.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout.
The Omnivault is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Order Refusal (COD)
If a customer refuses delivery of a confirmed Cash on Delivery order without a valid reason, The Omnivault reserves the right to restrict future COD orders.
